Once a suitable tenant has been secured we will;

• Prepare a legally binding lease
• Ensure that the PRTB form is completed
• Ensure that the tenant pays one months security deposit and one months rent in advance
• Ensure that the standing order is send to the tenants bank
• Prepare a full inventory of contents
• Transfer utilities into tenants name
